TDK's S-parameter Data Library [Ver. 8.4 (Oct, 2011)]
S-parameter Data Library
  The TDK S-parameter Data Library is collective data based on actual measured S-parameters for TDK electronic components. It includes inductors, multi-layer ceramic capacitors, ferrite beads, chip varistors, three-terminal filters, common mode filters, and pulse transformers. When simulating a high-frequency circuit, electronic components may not be compliant with the actual characteristics because the electronic components are viewed as being perfect. Actual electronic components contain various parasitic components that become obvious in the high-frequency range.
The TDK S-parameter Data Library allows you to import actual frequency characteristics that include various parasitic components when simulating circuits.
The TDK S-parameter Data Library uses the common Touchstone format, which makes it possible for most simulators to read the data.
